Executive Profile. Nima Zeighamifar is a results-driven finance executive with more than 22 years of international experience, including over 16 years in senior leadership roles across manufacturing, real estate development, property management, M&A, investment, and corporate finance in Canada and the United Kingdom.

Leadership Experience. Throughout his career, Nima has held progressive leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vice President Finance, Senior Finance Director, and Corporate Controller in both public and private organizations. He is a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, lenders, auditors, and executive teams, supporting growth, profitability, operational performance, and long-term value creation.

Areas of Expertise. Nima specializes in FP&A, including advanced financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning, valuation modelling, and executive decision support. His expertise also includes financial reporting under IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and ASPE; treasury and cash flow management; capital strategy; project feasibility analysis; M&A advisory; financial close oversight; audit support; and operational finance transformation.

Track Record. He has a strong record of delivering EBITDA growth, optimizing working capital, raising capital, leading project financing initiatives, and supporting large-scale financial transformation and ERP implementation projects that improve scalability, reporting, controls, and decision-making. Over the course of his career, he has managed portfolios exceeding CAD $3 billion.

Systems and Transformation. Nima has led and supported multiple ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives, including SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Yardi Voyager, and Made2Manage, helping organizations improve financial visibility, reporting accuracy, controls, operational efficiency, and scalability.

Education. Nima holds three master’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from leading universities in the United Kingdom, along with a doctoral degree in Corporate Finance. His academic background, combined with extensive executive experience, enables him to bring both strategic insight and technical expertise to complex business environments.
